Through a wealth of experience, Ultra Electronics Controls has formed an excellent understanding of the needs and expectations of our valued customers. A dedicated and experienced Customer Service team is in place to ensure these elements of support are provided each and every time. The team pride themselves on delivering market leading standards of both technical and commercial support.
We maintain a worldwide product support capability, which includes repair stations in the UK, USA and Singapore. A stock of spare Line Replaceable Units is held in at least three locations: London Heathrow Airport, Washington DC Dulles Airport and in Singapore. This stock is available for immediate shipment 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Our repair station is approved by the FAA, EASA and the TCCA. We operate a separate repair cell at our Greenford facility, which is self sufficient in terms of resource and equipment. This cell is capable of undertaking repair and maintenance on all types of electronic equipment.
